To Philly and back all in the same day to take the daughter to camp. Nice, but long. Plus, slow traffic -- long weekend return day for many. OTOH, it really wasn't as bad as I feared. We got there late tho, and in a downpour. So, unloading the bags was ... wet and slow. Then, she forgot her iPod, so we went back. Oh well. At least we arrived without major incident. It rained so much that on the way back we couldn't use the freeway ramp -- it was flooded. So we got a bit larger tour of Philly than we expected.
Gone for a month, that kid is. Wonder how we'll do without her.
